After review of the product by Coccinelle and the manufacturer they will decide whether the item will be repaired, replaced or that the order will be cancelled. This warranty applies only to items worn and washed to a normal frequency.
Some items contain very delicate fabrics or materials for which we cannot provide guarantee. These are zippers, nodules soles, rhinestones and / or sequins, fur and delicate leathers.
The warranty applies without prejudice to the legal rights of the consumer.

Assessment and compensation for the shipping costs
Coccinelle will always refer the complaint to the manufacturer and defer to their opinion. Consultation shall also be made with the client. If the complaint is found to be upheld then we will reimburse the shipping costs for the return. We need a copy off the shipping bill which can be emailed or sent by post or fax.
